We offer two types of mentoring opportunities: 1-on-1 mentoring and course mentoring.

Mentor Requirements



English proficiency
Proficiency in English is required, as our courses are conducted in English. We recommend a C1 level.
Communication skills
Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students and foster a supportive learning environment.
Expertise
Possess in-depth knowledge and experience in your field of expertise, allowing you to guide students effectively.
Time commitment
Dedicate a certain number of hours per week or month to interact with students, provide guidance, and review their projects.​
Teaching experience (preferred)
Previous experience in teaching, coaching, or mentoring is a plus, but not mandatory.

Payment details
We value the time and effort our mentors invest in guiding our students. We offer a compensation package of $10 per hour for both 1-on-1 mentoring and group sessions. In addition to the hourly rate, we also provide performance-based incentives and key performance indicators (KPIs) to reward outstanding mentorship.
