Mentor Requirements

English proficiency 

Proficiency in English is required, as our courses are conducted in English. We recommend a C1 level.
Communication skills 

Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students and foster a supportive learning environment.

Possess in-depth knowledge and experience in your field of expertise, allowing you to guide students effectively.
Time commitment

Dedicate a certain number of hours per week or month to interact with students, provide guidance, and review their projects.​
Teaching experience  (preferred)

 Previous experience in teaching, coaching, or mentoring is a plus, but not mandatory.

Joining our team of mentors is a straightforward process. Follow these steps to apply:

Fill out the Mentor Application Form. Attach your portfolio showcasing your expertise.

Our team will review your application and contact you to schedule an interview if selected.

If successful, you'll receive an official offer to join our mentor community.

Payment details

We value the time and effort our mentors invest in guiding our students. Each mentor gets at least 50% of the profit made through their course. The percentage is determined based on the support required to build the course, the target audience, and the course details.



  • How much time do I need to commit as a mentor?
    We recommend you dedicate an average of 2 hours per week after the launch of the course for giving feedback to your students and connect with your students for better recommendations!
  • Is there any compensation for mentors?
    Yes, we offer a competitive compensation package of at least 50% of the profit of the course. The percentage depends on several variables including the support to create the course, the target audience, and others...
  • What support will be provided to mentors?
    We understand the importance of supporting our mentors. You will have access to resources, training materials, and ongoing guidance from our team. We will also provide regular check-ins and opportunities for mentor collaboration and professional development.
  • How can I create a course?
    Once you apply and get approved, you will onboard into our course making process that starts with a welcoming and brainstorming meeting. After the necessary information prepared, we are going to start building your course on the platform!
  • How many courses can I create?
    As many as you want as long as they get approved!
